Moved HttpFoundation from require to suggest
Devs using Session component will need to include it manually
This will allow devs to use Ratchet with a stable minimum-requirement

Fixed bug where `$conn->remoteAddress` always returned "127.0.0.1"
This will result in IpBlackList working properly
